Robert Geiger (aka, Dr. Practical) is a serial entrepreneur with 25 years experience creating and building technology based startup companies. Robert is an accomplished leader and management professional. Robert has founded  7 successful hi-tech ventures with demonstrated success in corporate and project management, marketing and development.

After 20 years in Internet and software product related ventures, Mr. Geiger branched out into publishing and Internet marketing.  His most recent venture is the corporate publishing and marketing company, 7 Peaks Publishing, Inc.  Cofounded with his two partners below, 7 Peaks serves the needs of direct selling businesses for publishing and Social Media marketing and sales force training.

Robert has mastered the art of discovering new opportunities and turning it into the right product or company. This means products that clearly meet real customer needs delivering the highest customer satisfaction. Katherine Glover - Director of Business Development & Co-Founder

Involved in the Direct Selling industry for 15 years, Katherine is currently the Director of Business Development and one of the co-founders of Seven Peaks Publishing, an innovative publishing and online marketing company headquartered in Raleigh, NC.

Prior to opening this company, she was the President and co-owner of INTI Publishing for 14 years. INTI was the premier book publisher for the Direct Selling industry, as well as a developer of Training tools such as CDs and DVDs.   INTI wrote, published, and sold some of the best-known and best-selling books in the industry, including Who Stole the American Dream, ProSumer Power, and Parable of the Pipeline. INTI’s titles sold more than 5 million copies.

Active in DSA and DSEF, she serves on numerous committees,  including the Marketing and Communications Committee.  She is also co-owner of High Mountain Marketing, which creates tools for the industry as well as starter kits. Katherine has a Masters Degree in International Business.
